Every batch is syntax- and MX-checked before it ships. If more than 5% of the emails hard-bounce, send us the log and we re-run the batch free or refund you. No arguing.

We cap how many times any single slice ships in a 30-day window. You are not emailing a list that four competitors bought last Tuesday.

Two reasons. It takes more work — narrowing to one city or one sub-category means sifting a lot more listings to find enough qualifying records. And it is worth more to you: 250 plumbers in your own metro beat 250 plumbers scattered across a country every single time. The niche filter adds 18% per record; moving from country to state roughly doubles it.
Most of the cost of a batch is fixed — building the query, running the collection, verifying, de-duplicating and QA-ing. Those costs barely move between 250 records and 25,000, so the per-record price falls from $0.36 to $0.142 — about 60% cheaper.
No. There is no plan, no seat, no credit balance and nothing that renews. You buy a file at a fixed price, we deliver it, and the transaction is finished. If you want a recurring monthly feed we can set one up, but you have to ask for it.
US dollars. Your bank converts at its own rate — most cards add roughly 1–3%. VAT, GST and sales tax are handled at checkout based on the country you select.
Yes. Add as many industry-plus-location combinations to the cart as you like; each is priced on its own batch size, and add-ons are applied once across the combined record count — which makes them cheaper per record on a bigger order.
Every address is syntax-checked and MX-validated before your file ships, and we guarantee 95% validity. If your hard-bounce rate comes in above 5%, forward us the bounce log within 14 days and we will re-run the batch at no charge or refund you in full.
If the file misses the 95% validity guarantee, or we deliver fewer records than you paid for, or it arrives outside the 24-hour window, you get a re-run or a full refund — your choice. Because this is custom-built data, we cannot refund a file that was delivered correctly to spec.
