Buying
Why is a state cheaper than a city?
Because the tighter the filter, the more work it takes to find enough qualifying records and the more valuable each one is to you. A country-wide pull is the cheapest per record; narrowing to one state, then one city, then one sub-category each step the price up.
What is your refund policy?
If the file misses the 95% validity guarantee, or we deliver fewer records than you paid for, or it arrives outside the 24-hour window, you get a re-run or a full refund — your choice. Because this is custom-built data, we cannot refund a file that was delivered correctly to spec.
Do I need to talk to anyone?
No, and that is deliberate. Every price is on the page, the sample data is public, and checkout takes about a minute. If you would rather talk it through we are happy to, but nothing about the product requires it.
Can I pay by invoice or bank transfer?
For orders above $500, yes — email us and we will issue an invoice with bank details, payable within 14 days. Below that, card checkout is faster for both of us.
Do you offer discounts for agencies?
The volume curve is the discount, and it applies automatically. If you are buying several slices a month, email us and we will set up a standing arrangement rather than making you re-order each time.
The data
What if the emails bounce?
Every address is syntax-checked and MX-validated before your file ships, and we guarantee 95% validity. If your hard-bounce rate comes in above 5%, forward us the bounce log within 14 days and we will re-run the batch at no charge or refund you in full.
Can I see the data before I buy?
Yes. Every industry and location page on this site shows a live preview built from the same pipeline, with contact fields partially masked. You can also request a free 25-record sample of your exact slice from the contact page and we will send it unmasked.
What does the social profiles add-on include?
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube handles appended to each record where the business has a public presence. Fill rate averages 88% across verticals and runs higher in beauty, fitness and hospitality.
Do you sell consumer data?
No. We only handle business contact information. No consumer records, no personal home addresses, no personal mobile numbers, no data about individuals in a private capacity.
What format is the file?
UTF-8 CSV and XLSX, both included. One row per business, one field per column, headers on row one. It imports cleanly into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Instantly, Smartlead, Lemlist, Apollo, Clay and anything else that reads a CSV.
Do the records get resold?
We cap how many times any single industry-plus-location slice is delivered in a rolling 30-day window. It is not exclusive unless you buy exclusivity, but it is deliberately not the same file being resold to everyone.
Do records include personal mobile numbers?
No. Published business lines only. If a sole trader publishes their mobile as the business number, that is what appears — because that is the number they chose to publish for business contact.
Can I get more than 25,000 records?
Yes, as a custom order. Above 25,000 in one slice we quote directly, because at that size we usually want to talk about how you plan to send to them so you do not burn a domain.
Delivery
How fast do I actually get the file?
Within 24 hours of payment, and usually a lot sooner — most batches under 2,500 records go out the same working day. You get an email with a download link for both CSV and XLSX. If you need it faster, the Rush Delivery add-on guarantees 4 hours.
Can I get a custom slice that is not listed?
Yes — different country, a radius around a postcode, a specific category combination, or a recurring monthly feed. Tell us what you need on the contact page and you will get a quote the same day.
What if the file is late?
Then it is free. If a standard order arrives outside 24 hours, or a rush order outside 4, you get a full refund and the file anyway. We would rather eat the cost than argue about a deadline we set ourselves.
How long does the download link last?
Thirty days. After that, email us and we will re-issue it — the file stays yours indefinitely, the link is just a delivery mechanism.
Can you deliver straight into my CRM?
We deliver files, not integrations. That said, the CSV is shaped to import cleanly into HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Instantly, Smartlead, Clay and anything else that reads a header row — no remapping needed.
Legal & compliance
Is this GDPR compliant?
The records are business contact details — company inboxes, published business lines, trading addresses. For EU and UK targeting we rely on legitimate interest for B2B outreach, and every file ships with the source and collection date per record so you can evidence your basis. You are the controller once the file is delivered; our DPA covers the transfer. Read the full position on our compliance page.
Can I use this for cold email?
For B2B outreach in most jurisdictions, yes — that is what business contact data is for. You are responsible for complying with the rules where you and the recipient are: CAN-SPAM in the US, CASL in Canada, PECR and UK GDPR in Britain, and the equivalent in the EU. Identify yourself, offer an opt-out, honour it.
Am I the data controller?
Yes, once the file is delivered. We are the source; you decide what to do with it. Our DPA covers the transfer and is available on the compliance page or on request.
What can I not use this for?
Consumer marketing, SMS or robocall campaigns, resale of the raw file, scraping-for-resale, harassment, or anything unlawful where you or the recipient are. The full list is in the acceptable use policy, and we do enforce it.
