Syntax validation
RFC-compliant address structure. Typos, malformed domains and obvious junk are removed outright.
Data quality
Every vendor claims 98% accuracy. Almost none define what they are measuring. Here is our definition, our method, the fill rates per industry, and the exact terms of the guarantee — before you spend anything.
The checks
Five of these remove records from your file. Three add a column so you can decide for yourself.
RFC-compliant address structure. Typos, malformed domains and obvious junk are removed outright.
The domain must exist and resolve. Parked, expired and typo-squatted domains are dropped.
The domain must actually be configured to receive mail. No MX, no record in your file.
info@, sales@ and similar are flagged, not removed — for local business outreach a shared inbox is usually the right target.
Domains that accept everything are flagged so you can throttle them separately in your sequencer.
Matched on normalised domain, phone and address so one business never appears twice under two trading names.
Listings marked permanently closed, and records whose phone and website both fail, are excluded.
A random sample of every batch is checked against the live source by a person before the file is released.
Fill rates
Coverage genuinely differs by vertical. Dentists nearly all have a website; roughly three in ten contractors do not — and that gap is often the reason people buy the contractor list.

Rolling averages measured across delivered batches. A blank website field is a real signal, not a missing value.
What you actually get
These fill rates are averages across all verticals — the honest ones, not the marketing ones. A blank website column is not a gap; it is a business without a website, which is often exactly who you want.
Business name 100%
Trading name exactly as listed publicly.
Email address 89%
Public enquiry or booking inbox, syntax and MX validated.
Phone number 98%
Primary published line in E.164 and local format.
Website 84%
Live, resolving URL. Blank when the business has none — which is a signal in itself.
Full address 99%
Street, city, region and postal code, split into separate columns.
Google rating 94%
Star rating at time of collection, to one decimal.
Review count 94%
Total reviews — your best free proxy for business size.
Category 100%
Primary category plus any sub-category you filtered on.
Coordinates 97%
Latitude and longitude for mapping and radius work.

The day this specific record was last re-checked.
Social profiles 88%
Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok and YouTube handles.
Owner / decision-maker 71%
Name and title of the person who signs off, where public.
Rush delivery
Four-hour turnaround instead of twenty-four, with a priority QA slot.
FAQ
Hard bounces on the email column. If more than 5% of the addresses in a delivered file hard-bounce, send us the log from your sending tool within 14 days and we re-run the batch free or refund it in full — your choice. Soft bounces, spam-folder placement and replies telling you to go away are not covered, because those are a function of your sending setup and your copy, not the data.
Because nobody honestly can. Businesses close, domains lapse and mailboxes get retired between the moment we verify and the moment you send. Anyone promising 100% is either not verifying or not telling you the truth. We would rather set a number we actually hit.
We validate format and country prefix, and we check the number is still published against the business listing. We do not place calls to verify a line is answered — that would be intrusive to the business and would slow delivery to weeks.
Every record carries the date it was verified, and because collection happens after you order, that date is almost always within 24 hours of delivery. This is the main structural difference between us and a warehouse vendor.
Tell us which ones. We replace bad records one for one at no charge, and if the error rate is systemic we re-run the whole batch. We would rather fix it than argue about it.
Every address is syntax-checked and MX-validated before your file ships, and we guarantee 95% validity. If your hard-bounce rate comes in above 5%, forward us the bounce log within 14 days and we will re-run the batch at no charge or refund you in full.
The records are business contact details — company inboxes, published business lines, trading addresses. For EU and UK targeting we rely on legitimate interest for B2B outreach, and every file ships with the source and collection date per record so you can evidence your basis. You are the controller once the file is delivered; our DPA covers the transfer. Read the full position on our compliance page.
No. We only handle business contact information. No consumer records, no personal home addresses, no personal mobile numbers, no data about individuals in a private capacity.
