How it works

No demo. No onboarding.
Just the file.

The whole point of this business is that nothing sits between you and the data. You will not speak to anyone unless you want to, and the entire purchase takes about a minute. Here is exactly what happens on both sides of it.

How it works

What you do

Four steps, and three of them are choices you already know the answer to.

  1. 01

    Pick your slice

Choose an industry, narrow to a sub-category if you want, then pick a country or a single state. The price updates as you go — no forms, no sales call.

  2. 02

    Set the batch size

From 250 records up to 25,000. The per-record price drops at every tier, so a bigger batch is always cheaper per name.

  3. 03

    Pay in about a minute

Card checkout, no account to create. Add social profiles or decision-maker names on the way through if you want them.

  4. 04

    File lands within 24 hours

We build and QA the batch, then email you a CSV and XLSX download link. Usually much sooner than 24 hours.

What we do

The six stages every batch goes through

This is the part most vendors will not describe, because for most of them the answer is “we query a database we bought in 2021”. Ours runs after you order.

  1. Stage 1

    Scope the pull

Your industry, sub-category and geography become a precise query: category codes, geographic boundaries, exclusion rules for chains or franchises if you asked for them.

  2. Stage 2

    Collect from live sources

We read what businesses publish about themselves — listings, directories, company registers and their own sites. Nothing is lifted from a stale warehouse dump.

  3. Stage 3

    De-duplicate

The same business often appears under several names and formats. We collapse those on address, phone and domain so you are not paying twice for one prospect.

  4. Stage 4

    Verify every email

Syntax check, domain check, MX record check, and a catch-all / role-account flag. Anything that fails is dropped rather than shipped, which is how the 95% guarantee holds.

  5. Stage 5

    Attach the signals

Google rating, review count, coordinates, opening hours and the verification date get joined onto each record so you can sort and segment before you write a word.

  6. Stage 6

    Human QA, then ship

A person spot-checks a random sample against the live source. If the count came up short, you hear about it and get refunded the difference before delivery.

Why buyers trust it

The boring guarantees that actually matter

Everything below is written into the terms, not just the marketing page.

95% valid, or we fix it

Every batch is syntax- and MX-checked before it ships. If more than 5% of the emails hard-bounce, send us the log and we re-run the batch free or refund you. No arguing.

Built after you order

Nothing is pulled off a shelf. Your batch is collected and verified against live listings when you order, which is why it takes hours instead of seconds.

Never resold to death

We cap how many times any single slice ships in a 30-day window. You are not emailing a list that four competitors bought last Tuesday.

One flat price

No subscription, no credits that expire, no per-seat pricing, no minimum contract. You buy a file, you own the file.

FAQ

Process questions

Do I need an account?

No. There is nothing to sign up for. You pick a slice, pay, and the file arrives by email. We store the order and the delivery address, and that is the extent of it.

What happens if you cannot find enough records?

If your slice has fewer records than you ordered, we tell you before delivery and refund the difference automatically — you are never charged for names we could not find. On very narrow slices we will usually flag it at checkout before taking payment at all.

Can I ask for changes after paying?

Yes, if you are quick. Reply to your receipt within the hour and we can adjust the targeting before the pull starts. After the file is built, changes mean a new pull.

Do you re-run a file later?

Yes — repeat orders of the same slice are refreshed from scratch rather than re-sent, so a month later you get the businesses that opened since, with the closed ones removed.

How fast do I actually get the file?

Within 24 hours of payment, and usually a lot sooner — most batches under 2,500 records go out the same working day. You get an email with a download link for both CSV and XLSX. If you need it faster, the Rush Delivery add-on guarantees 8 hours.

Where does the data come from?

Public business listings, business directories, company registers and the businesses’ own websites. We collect what a business has chosen to publish about itself — the same information you would find by hand, just at scale and structured into columns.

What if the emails bounce?

Every address is syntax-checked and MX-validated before your file ships, and we guarantee 95% validity. If your hard-bounce rate comes in above 5%, forward us the bounce log within 14 days and we will re-run the batch at no charge or refund you in full.

Is this GDPR compliant?

The records are business contact details — company inboxes, published business lines, trading addresses. For EU and UK targeting we rely on legitimate interest for B2B outreach, and every file ships with the source and collection date per record so you can evidence your basis. You are the controller once the file is delivered; our DPA covers the transfer. Read the full position on our compliance page.

Can I see the data before I buy?

Yes. Every industry and location page on this site shows a live preview built from the same pipeline, with contact fields partially masked. You can also request a free 25-record sample of your exact slice from the contact page and we will send it unmasked.
