Restaurants & Food Service

Independent operators who answer their own phone.

2.9M records worldwide

Restaurant owners are the hardest local buyers to reach by email and the easiest to reach by phone — which is exactly why the phone column matters more here than anywhere else. Every record carries the venue name as it appears on the storefront, the direct line, the booking or enquiry inbox, and the live Google rating so you can lead with a compliment instead of a pitch.

Dentists & Dental Clinics

High-ticket local businesses with real marketing budgets.

271K records worldwide

A dental practice books five-figure treatment plans from a single new patient, which makes it one of the most valuable local records you can own. These are owner-operated clinics rather than hospital groups: the practice name, the front-desk line, the reception inbox and the partner listed on the licence, plus the Google rating that decides whether a patient calls at all.

Home Services & Contractors

The single biggest pool of local buyers, and the fastest to close.

3.5M records worldwide

Plumbers, electricians, roofers and HVAC firms live and die on inbound lead flow, which makes them the most receptive cold audience in local business. Most are one to fifteen vans, the owner still picks up, and the buying decision happens on the same call.

Real Estate Agencies

Commission-driven buyers who spend to win listings.

1.6M records worldwide

Estate agents and brokerages buy anything that produces listings, and they buy fast because every month without inventory costs them money. Records cover the brokerage or office rather than individual agents, with the office line, the general enquiry inbox, the branch address and the Google rating that vendors check before they pick who to instruct.

Gyms & Fitness Studios

Owner-operated studios with recurring revenue to protect.

428K records worldwide

Boutique fitness runs on membership retention, so anything that reduces churn or fills a class gets attention. These are independent studios and boxes rather than national chains: the studio name, the front-desk line, the enquiry inbox and the rating that decides whether someone books a trial class.

Beauty & Wellness

Appointment-driven businesses that live on their reviews.

1.8M records worldwide

Salons, spas and clinics book almost entirely through Google and Instagram, so their rating is not a vanity metric — it is the whole funnel. Records carry the salon name, booking line, enquiry inbox, precise address and the review profile, which together tell you exactly how established each location is before you write a word.

Auto Services & Dealers

High average order value and a permanent appetite for leads.

1.3M records worldwide

Workshops and dealerships spend more per lead than almost any other local vertical because one conversion can be worth thousands. Records cover independents and franchised sites alike, with the trading name, service-desk line, enquiry inbox, forecourt address and the rating that carries enormous weight in a low-trust category.

Professional Services

Firms that bill by the hour and buy tools that save it.

3.3M records worldwide

Law firms, accountants, agencies and IT providers sit on healthy margins and reinvest continuously in software, staffing and lead generation. Records cover the firm rather than individual partners: registered trading name, main line, general enquiry inbox, office address and the rating that increasingly decides which firm a prospect calls first.

FAQ

Before you pick an industry

How fast do I actually get the file?

Within 24 hours of payment, and usually a lot sooner — most batches under 2,500 records go out the same working day. You get an email with a download link for both CSV and XLSX. If you need it faster, the Rush Delivery add-on guarantees 4 hours.

Where does the data come from?

Public business listings, business directories, company registers and the businesses’ own websites. We collect what a business has chosen to publish about itself — the same information you would find by hand, just at scale and structured into columns.

What if the emails bounce?

Every address is syntax-checked and MX-validated before your file ships, and we guarantee 95% validity. If your hard-bounce rate comes in above 5%, forward us the bounce log within 14 days and we will re-run the batch at no charge or refund you in full.

Is this GDPR compliant?

The records are business contact details — company inboxes, published business lines, trading addresses. For EU and UK targeting we rely on legitimate interest for B2B outreach, and every file ships with the source and collection date per record so you can evidence your basis. You are the controller once the file is delivered; our DPA covers the transfer. Read the full position on our compliance page.

Can I see the data before I buy?

Yes. Every industry and location page on this site shows a live preview built from the same pipeline, with contact fields partially masked. You can also request a free 25-record sample of your exact slice from the contact page and we will send it unmasked.
