Each filter narrows the pool and costs more per record: rating +6%, minimum reviews +6%, has a website +6%, no website +15%. Venues with no site at all are the scarcest slice — and the softest sell for web design and online ordering.
Sample data
Generated by the same pipeline that builds paid orders. Contact columns are masked here because they are the thing you are buying — everything else is exactly what lands.

The process
Nothing here is a metaphor — each panel shows the same thing the product actually does at that step.
State, cuisine, rating, reviews, website status. The count and the price move as you go.
MX + syntax check
Collected live against current listings, de-duplicated, then every email syntax- and MX-checked.
1,000 rows · CSV + XLSX · yours to keep
A clean CSV and XLSX in your inbox. Usually a lot sooner than the promise.
How the data is built
The difference between a file that works and one that bounces is almost entirely about when it was gathered. Here is the whole pipeline, in order.
Case study A web development studio · Georgia
A Georgia web studio ticked every Asian-cuisine filter — Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Korean, Vietnamese, ramen and Indian — into one 1,000-record pull, built a single demo site before sending anything, then worked the list by email and phone together. 310 replied. 97 signed.

The discount applies in the cart the moment you add a second list — no code, nothing to ask for. A list is one combination of state, cuisine and filters, so five states of pizzerias counts as five.

FAQ
Anything not covered here — just ask. Same-day replies from a person.
It is collected after you order, not pulled from storage. Every row carries the date it was verified, and for a standard 24-hour delivery that date is almost always the same day you paid. This is the main reason our files do not arrive full of venues that closed last year.
Restaurants with a live listing, a phone number and a rating, but no resolving website of their own. Roughly 22% of US independents fall into this bucket. If you sell web design, ordering pages or menu digitisation, it is the single highest-intent filter on this page.
Yes — the type selector is multi-select. Picking Italian and Pizzerias together returns both in one file with a column telling you which is which. Selecting any subset applies the niche rate; selecting none returns all restaurant types at the base rate.
The builder shows the matching count live, and warns you when your filters take it below your batch size. If a delivered file still comes up short, we refund the difference automatically at the per-record price you paid. We never pad a file to hit a number.
Both, by default. Franchised outlets of national chains are included but flagged, so you can drop them in one filter step. Most buyers exclude them — the decision-maker at an independent is the person answering the phone, which is not true at a franchise.
It applies automatically in the cart the moment you add a second list: 10% off two, 15% off three, 20% off four and 25% off five or more. A "list" is one distinct combination of state, cuisine and filters — so five states of pizzerias counts as five lists.
UTF-8 CSV and XLSX, both included, one row per restaurant. Address is split into street, city, state and ZIP columns so it maps cleanly into HubSpot, Salesforce, Instantly, Smartlead or Clay without remapping.
For B2B outreach in the US, yes — these are published business contact details and CAN-SPAM permits it provided you identify yourself, use accurate headers and honour opt-outs. Full detail is on our compliance page.
